About The Event
Make a Summer Impact with Friends at First
As temperatures rise, so does the need for community support. Starting June 7th, Friends at First is launching our Summer Support Program to provide local families with access to critical resources, including showers, nutritional bags, and cooling relief.
To ensure our operations run smoothly and safely, attendance at one of our two training sessions is mandatory for all summer volunteers.
What We’ll Cover:
An overview of our summer mission and the families we serve.
Breakdowns of core shift roles (Hospitality, Supply Management, Bilingual Support, and Digital/Technical tasks).
